Include enough detail
Tell us the WhatsApp number associated with your account, the booking or transaction code, and what happened. Never email your password, one-time code, full payment PIN, or an unredacted identity document.
Urgent payment or safety issue
Use the dispute option in Savi before a transaction releases, where available. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Saviku is not an emergency service.
