Data Rights and Deletion
Make a request
Email privacy@saviku.co from an address you control and include your WhatsApp number in international format and the right you want to exercise: access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent or deletion. You may also contact support through Savi.
Identity check
To prevent someone else deleting or receiving your data, we may send a verification step to the WhatsApp number on the account or ask for limited additional evidence. Do not email an identity document unless we specifically provide a secure method.
What happens next
We acknowledge the request, assess applicable law and respond within the legally required period. We erase or anonymise eligible data and tell relevant processors where required. Some records may be retained where necessary for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, accounting, security or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will explain any refusal or limitation.
Meta/WhatsApp deletion callback
If you use a Meta-provided data-deletion control, Saviku will treat the authenticated callback as a deletion request and provide the required confirmation or status reference. For help, email privacy@saviku.co.
