Saviku Platform Terms
1. The service and Savi
Saviku provides booking coordination, listing analysis, calendar tools, transaction records and related messaging through its WhatsApp assistant, Savi. Saviku is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated for a specific service, Saviku is not the host, guest, buyer, seller, agent, property manager, insurer, bank or party supplying the underlying accommodation, goods or services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate information, control the WhatsApp number you use and keep access to your device secure. We may require identity, business, property, payout or source-of-funds checks and may refuse, restrict or suspend access when checks fail or risk is unacceptable.
3. Bookings, payments and policy packs
Each transaction may include a category-specific terms and refund policy shown before acceptance. Those transaction documents, the confirmed listing card and recorded deal details supplement these platform terms. Payment, holding, settlement or refund services may be performed by licensed payment or custody partners; Saviku does not represent that it independently holds regulated client funds. Fees and release conditions are shown before confirmation.
4. Automated verification
Saviku may extract listing data and evaluate signals such as URLs, location, photos, pricing, identifiers and payment pressure. Results are informational risk indicators, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a guarantee that a person, property or transaction is genuine or safe. Users must independently inspect material facts and use appropriate judgment.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Saviku a limited licence to host, copy, transform, analyse and display it as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have permission to submit listing text, photos, identity details and other material. Public cards must not reveal private or sensitive information.
6. Disputes, safety and prohibited conduct
Open a dispute before the applicable release point. A review may use the accepted deal record, messages and evidence supplied by the parties. Remedies available through the platform are limited to those in the applicable policy pack and the amount controlled through the relevant transaction flow. Saviku is not an emergency service and does not inspect every property or participant.
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block or report fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, sanctions evasion, money laundering, abusive conduct or attempts to bypass security.
7. Availability, disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Saviku excludes implied warranties not capable of exclusion and is not responsible for the underlying property, goods, services, personal injury, conduct of another user, external websites, force majeure or losses outside Saviku’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that Kenyan law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to that rule, Saviku’s aggregate liability arising from a claim is limited to fees you paid Saviku for the affected transaction.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms prospectively and will present a new version when fresh acceptance is required. A transaction keeps the policy version recorded when it was accepted. You may stop using Saviku; duties and disputes arising before termination remain.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through support@saviku.co. Any court proceedings are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
