Stays Transaction Terms
These terms supplement the Platform Terms for accommodation bookings. The booking card, dates, occupancy, price, fees, deposit, host cancellation terms and accepted version form the deal record.
Host duties
The host must have authority to offer the stay; provide accurate location, availability, photos, amenities, rules, price and material limitations; maintain a safe and lawful property; and honour confirmed access. Saviku verification does not transfer those duties to Saviku.
Guest duties
The guest must provide accurate booking and occupant information, pay through the presented route, follow lawful property rules, avoid unauthorised occupants or events, and promptly report a material mismatch with supporting evidence.
Payment, release and disputes
A licensed partner may receive or safeguard funds under the displayed release rules. The guest must open a dispute before release if access fails or the stay materially differs from the accepted card. The reviewer may consider messages, timestamps, listing provenance, check-in evidence and party submissions. Available outcomes may include release, refund or a reasonable split, subject to the Stays Refund Policy.
Safety and scope
Saviku is not the accommodation provider, does not guarantee every listing or inspect every property, and is not responsible for personal injury or conduct at a property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
