Other Transactions Terms
These terms supplement the Platform Terms only where Saviku expressly allows a lawful transaction that does not fit another policy pack. The parties must record an unambiguous item or service, amount, completion anchor, deadline and evidence standard.
Excluded activity
This pack must not be used for regulated financial products, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, adult services, illegal or stolen goods, title transfers, investments, donations, employment wages, high-risk professional services, or any transaction Saviku or a payment partner prohibits.
Party duties and release
Each party must verify the other party and underlying transaction, comply with applicable licensing and tax duties, preserve evidence and use only the presented payment route. A licensed partner may handle funds. Release follows the expressly recorded anchor. Ambiguity is construed against release until sufficient evidence is available.
Disputes
A dispute must be opened before release. The reviewer may release, refund or split the controlled amount according to objective evidence and the Other Transactions Refund Policy. Saviku may decline or stop a transaction at any time for legal, compliance or safety reasons.
