Other Transactions Refund Policy
Before funding
Either party may cancel without a Saviku transaction charge.
Before the completion anchor
The parties may jointly cancel. If the payee has incurred a clearly agreed cost, any split requires documented evidence and must be lawful.
Anchor failure
The payer may dispute non-performance or a material mismatch before release. The reviewer uses the exact recorded description, deadline, anchor and evidence standard. A full refund is appropriate for complete non-performance; a reasonable split may apply to conforming partial performance.
After release
No automatic platform refund applies after release, except mandatory legal rights or an upheld exceptional dispute. Saviku may instead direct the parties to the appropriate provider, regulator, court or law-enforcement channel.
