Acceptable Use Policy
Use Saviku lawfully, honestly and only for transactions you are authorised to make. You must not:
- impersonate another person, misrepresent ownership, reuse another host’s photos or create deceptive listings;
- sell or arrange illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or regulated items without required authority;
- use Saviku for money laundering, sanctions evasion, cash cycling, unauthorised fundraising or payment processing unrelated to a genuine transaction;
- harass, exploit, discriminate against, threaten or endanger another person;
- upload malware, scrape the service, bypass limits, probe security or misuse automated access;
- submit sensitive information you are not authorised to provide, or publish private identity or payment data;
- manipulate reviews, risk checks, disputes, prices, calendars or transaction evidence.
Enforcement
We may warn, limit, suspend or close accounts; stop or refuse a transaction; preserve evidence; remove content; or report suspected unlawful conduct. Where practical and safe, we provide a reason and a route to contact support@saviku.co. This policy supplements the Platform Terms.
