Services Refund Policy
Before work starts
Cancel for a full transaction refund unless a disclosed, documented and already incurred material cost is non-refundable by agreement and law.
Partial performance
If work stops after a usable milestone, the reviewer may release a reasonable amount for conforming work and refund the balance. The accepted scope, milestones, messages, deliverables and receipts are evidence.
Non-performance or material defect
A missed completion date without agreed extension, complete non-performance, or material departure from the objective scope may support full or partial refund. The provider may receive a reasonable opportunity to cure when appropriate.
After acceptance or release
No automatic platform refund applies after recorded acceptance or release, except mandatory rights or an upheld dispute involving fraud or evidence that could not reasonably have been supplied earlier.
