Retail Transaction Terms
These terms supplement the Platform Terms for purchases of lawful goods. The accepted item description, quantity, condition, price, delivery method, delivery date and evidence form the transaction record.
Seller duties
The seller must own or be authorised to sell the item, describe condition and defects accurately, comply with product and consumer law, ship or deliver on time, and provide evidence of delivery. Counterfeit, stolen, illegal, recalled or unsafe goods are prohibited.
Buyer duties
The buyer must provide accurate delivery details, be available to receive the item, inspect it promptly and raise a dispute before the stated confirmation or release point.
Release and disputes
Funds may be handled by a licensed partner and released after confirmed delivery or the displayed no-dispute window. Non-delivery, a materially different item or undisclosed material defect may qualify under the Retail Refund Policy. Normal wear already disclosed, change of mind, misuse and damage after delivery ordinarily do not.
